My company is utilizing the strategy of customer-focus to increase sales. This is because there are being long-term relationships with customers tried to be built by my organization through the designing and implementation of customer-focused strategies. The target is to ensure that there is brand-loyalty developed by consumers to the maximum level possible. The more the consistency in the generation of brand-loyalty, the better chances it will be for my organization to develop present and future prospects of customer-database.
